We have a full site plan approved by the town, complete with parking and landscaping. As part of getting ready for this Saturday though, we have some nice railroad ties in place to delineate the lot and parking. My wife and I unloaded 1 ton of ties (16 to be exact) today, by hand, with another ton tomorrow. (I may not be able to walk on Saturday, but it's all for a good cause.) *Note to self: get a heavy chain to drag them into place with the truck next time.
Most importantly are the wonderful vendors we have lined up. I am very please to say that we have THE premier coffee roaster of the Valley joining us - Lucas Roasting Company! This guy knows coffee; others only try to know coffee. (Be sure to try their espresso - it's simply the best!) Additionally, we will have vendors selling local, fresh produce, a few baked goods and a slew of other items. Not bad for the first market. We do have a few spaces left for those vendors who may not have contacted us. And we are offering the spaces FREE for the remainder of the season. Just contact us to reserve your space.
We hope to see you all there! And remember, be safe this Saturday during the Yard Crawl. Be sure to pull off the roads, and watch for passing motorists.
