Mount Jackson Farmers Market
Short, Long Term & Seasonal
Opportunities Available Immediately
Poised to be the Valley's Destination Market

Positioned to be the premier fresh & local food and artisan destination experience in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, we have over 9,000 s.f. of produce and shops under one roof and two floors, as well as plenty of parking! Agri-tourism is good business and Local is the Best!
**We have applied for signage on the Interstate, which will be directional signage at Exit 273, coming from both the North and the South. Signage like this will drive traffic to your business immediately!**
Other benefits included in our leases are easy on-off location from I-81; located in the center of a historic Rural Town; collective advertising in prominent Regional Publications; links to tenants' websites through the Markets' main website; utilities; and a unique one-stop shopping experience.
This is a wonderful opportunity, especially for retailers looking for more reasonable options than a single large storefront, and for retailers looking to expand. It is also a great opportunity to support local farmers, friends and neighbors, productive agricultural lands and rural economies by helping consumers easily find and purchase locally produced foods.
We expect to have Permanent Indoor Spaces available in the coming months, and Seasonal Outdoor Spaces are available NOW for the Saturday and Wednesday open air market - and are FREE of charge for the remainder of the 2011 season. Click the link (Seasonal Outdoor Spaces) to contact us and reserve your space.
Our goal is simple: Quality, fresh and local foods.
